(Portland, OR)  --  Two 15-year-old boys are facing charges after being accused of throwing bricks at passing bicyclists in Northeast Portland.  Police say at least two bike riders were hit late Sunday night, one of them in the face, in the area of Northeast Seventh Avenue and Tillamook Street.  The teens have been booked into juvenile detention for second-degree and third-degree assault.
