(Kelso, WA)  --  A funeral home in Kelso will be put on probation and fined for mixing up two men's bodies.  KATU-TV reports an employee at Dahl-McVicker Funeral Home was responsible for the mix-up, which resulted in one man being mistakenly cremated and the second man placed in the casket at the first man's funeral.  Washington state investigators found the funeral home at fault and has fined it 12-thousand-500 dollars.  It will also be on probation for a year.
