(Portland, OR)  --  A new report ranks Portland's commutes among the worst in the nation.  Traffic services website Inrix says the Portland metro area has the 13th-worst traffic in the country, with commuters wasting an average of more than two hours per month sitting in traffic.  Inrix says the worst commute in the city is along the stretch of I-5 between Corbett and the Tomahawk Island exit, which can take up to 50 minutes to traverse during peak times.
