(Woodburn, OR)  --  A man is in police custody after being accused of stealing a necklace from a two-year-old.  Authorities allege that 26-year-old Garcia Sanchez ripped the gold necklace from the child's neck yesterday at a strip mall on North Pacific Highway in Woodburn.  Police tracked the suspect to his home and arrested him.  Sanchez was booked for robbery and assault.
