(Vancouver, WA)  --  A 17-year-old boy will face criminal charges for a fire that destroyed Crestline Elementary School in Vancouver.  The teen is slated to appear in court May 21st on a charge of second-degree arson.  The fire ripped through the school in February 2013.  No one was injured in the intense blaze.
